Scheduling
ECI will produce detailed project schedules and update them regularly and/or as project milestones are reached. Each week, we will also proved you with detailed 2-week or 30-day look-ahead schedules, and review the details at each progress meeting. Critical path milestones are shown and the proper sequence detailed. We will review these at each progress meeting, allowing you to discuss critical dates that will impact you, and us to plan around your events and milestone requirements. Schedules are in color, and will often show fabrication lead times, shop drawing review processes, and inspection milestones.

Keeping on Track: Communication with RFI's
Invariably, questions will arise, and answers will be needed in the field. Requests for information (RFI's) are a contractor's method of engaging the design professionals and Owners to answer field questions and provide clarifications design intent. It's easy for the team to get buried in RFI's if these are not managed well. |

| If guidelines are not set for asking and answering important question, time is lost. So ECI utilizes a clear and friendly RFI management system which starts with an easy-to-read RFI form which specifies where the question origintated, when the answer is required, who will use the answer, even suggested alternativew and a place for an answer. |
 In construction, as in life, somtimes teh presentation can determine the outcome, so we work hard not to make our RFI's confrontational. At each weekly progress meeting, we distribute and review a list report showing a matrix fo all outstanding RFI's so each can be addressed with all parties present. This is extremely helpful, in that it urges all team members to address items under their domain to move them team forward.
