same effort we put into building relationships with
our clients, we also put into our employees, and it
shows on the site. Our field staff averages more than
13 years at ECI. Our project Management Staff
averages 15 years service at ECI. Our president,
John Doyle, started as a laborer here 23 years ago
while he was in night school for accounting. John Eichberg
spotted in him and intellect and work ethic that ultimately
made him a trusted partner in our business. His drive
and business ethics also guide our daily operations. |

| Superintendent
John Bowers started as a carpenter at ECI more than
20 years ago. Everett Korman, who leads most of
our tenant construction, joined ECI's management team
20 years ago after leading his own homebuilding
and commercial construction businesses. Carolyn Brady,
a senior project manager who has lead many of our multi-family
residential projects, started at ECI more than 19
years ago as a laborer. Jay Eichberg spent 4 summers
as a laborer before joining our accounting staff 13
years ago, later becoming a field superintendent
and joining the project management staff. |

| Field
Superintendent, William Tucker, joined ECI as a laborer
13 years ago. Jack Lee, our labor foreman and
demolition expert, has been keeping the field moving
for 15 years. Laborers Felipe Zepeda & David
Joseph have been steadily working at ECI since 1985
& 1986 respectively, 33 years at ECI between them.Other
key ECI personnel, like site superintendents Donald
Rothgeb and Brian Hollidge, operated their own business
for many years and know what it takes to lead a team.

| Senior
project managers, Gayle Goetzger & Geoffrey Miller,
relative newcomers after joining server years ago, previously
served in similar positions at larger firms and bring
to ECI their energy and know-how, while sharing core
ECI values and ethics. Still others, such as project
manager Virgil Hood, served as a consultant in the roofing
industry and a roofing subcontractor before joining
us years ago, and Rollie Briggs, whose background of
military service brings a fresh perspective to ECI.
We must not forget Superintendent Jack Kraft, who retired
after 17 years at ECI. We list these many years
of service to demonstrate that when you hire ECI, you
hire a family of committed professionals who share a
common goal, live by a common ethic, and perform to
a common standard. |
