So Others Might Eat (SOME) is perhaps ECI's longest-standing and most coveted client. Included in the continuum of care that SOME provides to break the cycle of homelessness and poverty, they develop and manage safe, affordable housing units. Their buildings and programs serve hundreds of families.

ECI is proud to renovate and construct these buildings for SOME The latest addition to the portfolio is Zagami House, a 14-unit apartment building in Southeast Washington, ECI's fourth collaboration with Nelson Architects. It includes a bright, spacious community room and kitchen, program offices and meeting rooms, clean and safe fully equipped apartments, a laundry room, and a large, enclosed playground.
