After a complete structural gut, ECI is proud to announce completion of The Coronado, an intimate boutique building with 28 condominiums located in the Kalorama neighborhood of NW Washington. Working closely with renowned local architecture firm of Bonstra | Haresign Architects, we joined these two buildings with a glass “bridge”, a signature BHA design concept, lowered the basement floors to create walkout terrace units, and completely renovated the entire building with all new layouts. The client, Novo Development, sold the units out in record time.
