ECI has completed yet another project that helps revitalize an urban neighborhood. The Urban League purchased an abandoned, dilapidated former funeral home and converted it to its modern office and training center.
The 30,000 square foot building is new steel and concrete construction behind the original brick facade, which was braced during demolition of the old structured and then restored. The $4,200,000 project was completed in 12 months, with the help of local architect Russel Sears and Associates, who painstakingly surveyed the existing structure to guide us in its restoration.
