Local developer and construction manager Level 2 Development hired ECI on behalf of retailer Off Gear to build out their newest retail outlet, Universal Gear, in the revitalized 14th Street corridor of North West DC.

The contemporary styling of this men's clothing store by Studios Architecture features polished colored concrete floors, pendant showroom lighting, and abudant use of glass and stone. An ambitious development schedule required completion of construction in 7 weeks.
