ECI is pleased to announce the completion of the community clubhouse at Spa Cove, a large residential neighborhood on Spa Creek in Annapolis, MD. ECI worked closely with an out-of-town owner’s representative and architect to create this interesting building in the midst of the fully-occupied community. It includes a gymnasium, a great room with bar, rental and management offices, and new equipment for the reconditioned swimming pool.
