ECI proudly announces completion of a new mixed-use commercial building in downtown Silver Spring, MD.  Located on Georgia Avenue, this boutique building was completed for a single commercial occupant, whose technology and consulting business will operate out of their glistening new headquarters.  Featuring polished concrete floors, and exotic hardwoods and slick tile finishes inside and out, ECI professionals constructed this jewel box in the midst of the hustle and bustle of an emerging business and retail center.  It includes other green building features, including a live roof system.  The ground floor will become a restaurant, for which ECI constructed the base building shell.
