Broad Street Ventures purchased a pair of aging brick commercial buildings in downtown Silver Spring, MD which housed an assortment of small suites, with a vision to convert them into Class A office condominiums with full amenities. ECI teamed with BSV to implement Bonstra | Haresign Architects' design, in which the two buildings were joined with a central elevator and stair core.

The building interiors were completely removed back to the structure, interior stair cores reconfigured, spacious suites constructed. The exterior received a dramatic new skin, and a new courtyard and terrace were created, both allowing light into the lower level of the new combined building. Exciting tenant suite build-outs rounded out this revitalization project, our third with BSV.
