ECi is proud to be actively participating in the revitalization of downtown Silver Spring. ECI teamed up with the Owner/Architect team of MAB LLC to build Lofts 24, a distinctive true loft-style building with 16 foot ceilings and 10 foot windows.

This 6-story condominium was an early leader in bringing upscale residential living to the heart of Silver Spring, featuring hardwood flooring, granite counters and solid hardwood cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances. The site needed extensive on-site stormwater management site utility work to accommodate the 35,000 square foot building. In addition, it features several cutting edge green building elements, including a "green roof".
