ECI completed a handsome development of 13 new single-family residential town home units in the historic Capitol Hill neighborhood for Stanton Development Company.

Featuring ornate brick work and large, multi-piece cornice and door mouldings, these homes fit perfectly into the historic setting. The high ceilings and abundant, large multi-piece mouldings are reminiscent of the surrounding buildings, but the open floor plans and upscale finishes provide elegant, modern homes. The project value is $5,600,000. McAllister Architects of Alexandria, VA was the project architect.
