ECI completed The Icon Condominium in the Logan Circle neighborhood. This new 19-unit loft-style building was completed with Eric Colbert and Associates Architects, and consists of 19 loft-style homes.

The design combines a mix of industrial exposed finishes and floor-to-floor curtain walls with modern touches, such as granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.
