ECI's multi-family group worked closely with Noel Fisher of Fisher Development to revitalize three vacant, run-down buildings in South East Washington to create 36 attractive and affordable condominiums. Our 3rd collaboration with Fisher, ECI acted as design-builder to develop and implement the scope of this garden-style property, which included new roofs, windows and entry doors, new HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems, new kitchens and baths, lighting, trim and crown moulding, new floors, site utility upgrades and landscaping.
