A three-phase project completed on an active school campus, Green Acres School in Rockville, MD was one of ECI's most challenging projects. In addition to the Activity Center the building featured locker rooms, art and ceramics studios, a dance room, an Olympus size pool and equipment room, pool and staff offices, and an art display lobby.

The new Middle School featured 10 classrooms, a multi-purpose room, a photography studio and lab, staff offices, sky-lit corridors and terraced outdoor gardening areas. ECI also renovated the existing Main Building, including new art, music and science classrooms, a lunch room and commercial kitchen, and new offices and bathrooms. New mechanical electrical and sprinkler systems were also added. Not one class or day of school was missed.
