ECI completed the Elm Street Condominiums in Bethesda for local residential home builder Stanley Martin Company. The site was converted from a warehouse/industrial use to luxury condominiums, plus a 10,000 square foot law firm, Bulman, Dunie Burke and Feld.

The condominiums range from 2,000 - 3,500 square foot and feature the finest in mouldings, appliances, cabinetry, lighting and finishes. New elevators bring homeowners from the new underground parking lot to their floor, including several dedicated to units, allowing them to arrive directly into their home's foyer. The building has several private lobbies, and enjoys views of a downtown Bethesda park.
