ECI teamed yet again with architect Steve Karr at Steven J. Karr, AIA to complete another branch for client Eagle Bank. The Silver Spring, MD store is the 4th branch and 6th project to date completed by this Owner/Contractor/Architect team.

The design theme was not changed, the team worked efficiently, and the bank opened on time and on budget. Karr is a hands-on architect who solves problems as they arise and ECI is proud to continue to bring his designs to life.
