ECI completed Century Court Condominiums, the fourth collaboration with developer Noel Fisher & Rolyn Development. This project, located just off of North Capitol Street on S Street, NE, converted an abandoned building, a blight on its neighborhood, into 14 comfortable new upscale condominiums.

Four of the homes have decks, added at the rear courtyard. Our team replaced the roof and windows and gutted the existing building. We installed new HVAC, electrical and plumbing. New partitions were added to reconfigure the kitchens, and all new finishes, lighting fixtures, and cabinetry, give this property a new life.
