We are proud to have renovated the 108-unit building at 1630 R Street, NW. The project, at a cost of $8.5 million, included renovation of each unit and all common areas.

New elevators, electrical and mechanical systems were installed. The lobby was renovated and a new rental office and mailroom were constructed. The facade was restored and new windows installed.
