ECI worked with Katinas Bruckwick Architecture to complete the renovations of 1705 N Street. ECI worked with Michael Bruckwick and the client to scope the work and specify the finishes and fixtures, converting the tired row house into first class office space with a historic flair. ECI is looking forward to teaming with the Owner and Katinas Bruckwick on several more similar projects on this historic DC block.
