ECI provides construction services in a wide range of areas. We have developed specialties in schools and churches, and we also perform a great deal of high end retail and commercial projects, such as banks, law firms and restaurants, medical facilities and dental offices. These types of projects all require workmanship and attention to detail. John Eichberg visits the sites regularly, overseeing quality and requiring excellence.

ECI also has a long and rich history renovating and restoring apartment buildings and creating fine multi-family residencies, ranging from upscale condominium to low-cost publicly assisted housing. In addition, we have an abundance of experience working with church groups, renovating and constructing sanctuaries and religious facilities. We have developed a niche building and renovating retail automobile showrooms and maintenance facilities. These types of projects often require us to build "around" occupied areas. For instance, it is not uncommon for us to build an addition on a dealership without closing the showroom, or adding a wing to a school or a church with small children and elderly congregants using the existing facilities without interruption.
