We have many projects which demonstrate our ability to handle challenging projects with difficult schedules and our flexibility & creativity in scheduling and phasing. The Jewish Community Center project is among them. We coordinated multiple renovations and additions, including complete removal of the main entrance & lobby and renovation of significant expansion of the entire Sports & Fitness center while in use, an extremely challenging logistical project.

We constructed five temporary entrances, covered ramps and walkways, relocated the reception area, and built tunnels through the indoor pool. Together in partnership with the owner and architect, we kept a facility with thousands of regular visitors, mostly elderly or children, in operation.
